Hi. I’m Terry Williams, author of ‘THE GUIDE: How To Kiss, Get A Job & Other Stuff You Need To Know’ and ‘The Brain-Based Boss.’ I work with leaders who want to build and motivate their teams to communicate and engage effectively with customers, clients, learners, communities, families and each other, to help them drive their own improvements. Research shows that 28% of employees are engaged & 26% actively disengaged. The 26% is bad enough but that missing 46% are ambivalent. How can we engage them to drive improved results? (And by “we”, I mean “you.”)

I’m all about engaging people and helping you engage yours – at work and at home. Maybe you’re a manager, salesperson, leader, parent, presenter, supervisor or an event organiser? You want to drive change and improve results so you need to grab your people’s attention, build teams, create rapport and be memorable – influencing behaviour to improve results. How can we do that? How can we take research on people, psychology, behaviour and influence and turn it into simple, effective and practical actions we can take to build our teams, solve our problems and improve our results?

I’m a speaker, trainer, MC, author and comedian. With my unique mix of an extensive business background as a Manager and Trainer, as well as comedy ‘chops’, I cover serious topics from different perspectives and try to be a little provocative. How can we connect with people’s own internal motivations and help them use their own inner passions to drive towards productivity, success and happiness? And hopefully have a few laughs along the way…
